I made a withdrawal on the 16th of February for 4891€. I uploaded all the files, recived a call for Know Your Customer. Thats all sorted, im texting the support every day but im not getting any straight answer when im getting the money. They said everything looks ok with my statements and ID, i just need to wait. Its over a week now and still no sign of the money. Its impossible to reach them by phone, and nobody replies to emails, the only place is live chat.

Quick update. Chat memmber said yesterday that the finance department is on my withdrawal. But still nothing, not approved or money sent to me. It will reach two weeks on Thursday. I undarstand that something can go wrong, things like that happen but it should have been resolved in a couple of days not weeks. Now Im under pressure every day, as i dont know when and if im actually going to get my winnings.

I checked again and seen your withdrawal is to be paid in full but there is still a delay with our finance team's processing of withdrawals. I finally had my hopes up about this. So that means the info from your staff was missleading. Like i said before, i would understand a small delay, but this is week no. 3 already. I was actually thinking about giving you another shot, even with the long delays. But im not sure if i will want to anymore, as i never in my life had to wait this long for a payout. Thank you for beeing so responsive to this, but responding really doesnt fix the issue. If the money finally gets to me today, i might try my luck with Boo again. If not, i doubt that i will take the risk of waiting for so long another time...:( im really dissapointed to be honest.
