I have Deposited 51000 in my account and played Roulette game. When I request for withdrawal they asked for my Identity proof, Deposit proof, Selfie holding my identity proof and with my mobile phone where I received mail from Security Department. I give all the proofs and Deposit Proof. After getting all my proofs they have no any excuses to forfeit my money. Then they chosen other way to Scam and block my account. They are now making excuse that Suspicious deposit has been made with my account. Even I have proved myself that I am the Astropay Account holder and Betandyou Account holder. I have sent each &, every documents and Deposit proofs which is enough to proof the ownership of the Account. But they are now Saying that I have to wait for 180 days. I cannot wait for 180 days. I have never seen such a worst betting site. Even after getting all the proofs they are in search of making another type of excuses to forfeit my Winning. If they have not ability to give my winning then Just Refund my Deposit amount back to the Deposit method which was used to Deposit. Totally Scam and fraud site is Betandyou. All betting site allow for withdrawal after getting all the proofs but This site saying for waiting for 180 days .This shows that they are trying ever possible excuses by which they can Block my account. I no need to play in Betandyou. Just give me Refund by taking some charges. I have wasted my more time in Giving All documents & proofs and they finally not give my withdrawal. They asked all proofs from PC then I gave them all the proofs in PC

After investigation with my friends about the Withdrawal/Deposit charge in Betandyou through Astropay Card,I have gotten the information with proof that there's no any charge applied.Betandyou has deducted 10% charge from my withdrawal amount only from me.You can see in the screenshot of my friends in which Clearly he has withdrawn 60000 and received the same amount in Astropay wallet.Again he Deposited 30500 without any charge and also got the same amount as withdrawal Amount in Betandyou.I have aksed with my many Friends they all told me that Betandyou is doing fraud with me by deducting 10% charge from my withdrawal amount.This is clear from the screenshot that the received amount should be same as withdrawal amount.But they have credited 5000 less in my Astropay Wallet.So I request to Betandyou that you have made many execuses but were unable to forfeit my money because I have all proofs.Now after you have tried all execuses then you have deducted 10% from my totall fund by Making a new t&c for me.I request you to kindly pay my Deducted amount respectfully.This screenshot is enough to proove that What you have done wrong with me.You have asked Deposit proofs, Identity proofs,and my Selfie.Even I have given all the proofs yet you have deducted 10% charge even after you know that I am a real player.But for this player,he has Deposited a large amount multiple time,also withdrawn multiple times,Even he received the same amount without any type of charge.And In my case I have given you all the proofs yet you have deducted 10% charge.Since this is my Real and hard earned money,I will never loss my 5000 in any case.There's no any fees applied for the payment system.You have deducted 10% charge manually from my withdrawal amount.
I hope you have known that now I have known well about your Scam.Kindly don't try to cheat again this is my last warning/request.Rule is Rule and should be applied for all.Why you have not asked any proof to this user who have deposited and withdrawn a huge amount multiple times?Why you have not deducted any charge from him?
Amd have you Deducted 10% charge from me only? Kindly don't do such type of Scam/fraud with Genuine users.Not only me but AskGambler team also know well about your Scam.Even after being such a popular betting site, kindly don't make worst your reputation just for 5000.Kindly give my deducted amount of 10% i.e. 5000+ also
I hope you will give my deducted amount also without making any type of execuses.This screenshot is enough to undestood the matter.I am attaching screenshot to show the transparency of the whole matter.

Since you know well about the matter that Betandyou was in full trial to forfeit my money.But I was a Real player so they had to give my Withdrawal.They have deducted 10% of my withdrawal amount without any reason.As Everyone know that there's no any charge applied If Deposited or withdrawal using Astropay Card.But They have deducted 10% charge.I want to tell Betandyou that There's no any charge applied if Deposited through Astropay or withdrawal in Astropay.So kindly don't be more & more cleverer.Give me my 10% deducted amount also.Because I have purchased Astropay card of 51000 but Received only 46000.I am lossing my 5000 without reason.Since this is my Real money I cannot bear loss of 5000 without any reason.Kindly give me my deducted amount also.

Declined withdrawal and unable to login

I'm unable to withdraw 649€ because of not receiving the SMS code to confirm it. Before that there was no problem of receiving SMS code or withdrawing my money. My mobile service provider checked everything and there is no problem on their side neither is in my phone, because as checked by my provider there was no SMS that would get to my providers servers. Then I ordered a callback option, this is when their operater calls you on your phone. I explained the situation to him and he gave me code to confirm the withdrawal. But it was rejected, as you can see in the attached picture. As always I deposited with bank card and tried to make wihtdrawal with SEPA back to my bank account. Until this it was working fine as I already made a withdrawal. So this reason for rejection is a problem in their system or they just want to stole my money even when I have a minus of a few thousand € on my account overall. And now I have another problem. I cant even get into account because i need an SMS code as you can see in the attached picture. But again there is no SMS being sent to my phone (my operater checked it again). Their live chat support is not helpful at all since all they give me is generic answers again and again and are saying that SMS was sent, which was not. When I try to call operator who called me back I am waiting in the lobby for next available operator and then the call ends. I have tried to call them a few times already but its always the same.

Unable to cashout due to phone number verification issue
Dear Askgamblers Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with BetandYou Casino's customer support and verification process, which has been nothing short of frustrating and unproductive.

For the past 4 days, I have been attempting to resolve an issue with updating my phone number in order to cash out my account balance. The casino requires a verification code to complete this process, which is supposed to be sent via SMS. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any SMS containing the verification code. I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps provided by their support team and even submitted screenshots demonstrating the issue. However, the problem persists.

Furthermore, every time I reached out to their live chat support for assistance, I was required to explain the entire situation repeatedly. Initially, I was informed that I needed to contact a hotline to receive the OTP over the phone. To my dismay, no hotline number was listed on their website. When I informed this to the chat support agent, I was instructed to request a callback instead. I promptly submitted a callback request but have not received any response or callback for the past two days.

This ongoing delay and lack of effective communication have left me unable to access my funds, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I am reaching out to AskGamblers in hopes of escalating this matter and obtaining a resolution as soon as possible.

Please assist me in addressing this issue with BetandYou Casino's management. I would appreciate any support in expediting the verification process or providing alternative solutions to access my account funds without further delay.

Delay verification process lead to delay withdrawal process

I can't withdraw my fund at Betandyou because I have to verify my account with them first

My first and second withdrawal is successful almost instantly but after that I have to verify my account with them.

First of all they want my id card (both sides) and I sent photo of my id card but they want fully and clearly visible then I sent another set of my id card(both sides) after that they ask me to make a selfie holding my ID card near my face and conversation between us. I tried several time to make it done. They said "Your data is under verification now. You will receive the answer in the nearest time." at 28/1/2023 time at 23:15 (GMT+7) I will make this time mark at hour#0 and document#1.

After I sent them my id card several time for an update all their team said is only "All requests are processed in turn. Please wait, you will get a notification." and "Please wait, you will get a notification."

At hour#58 I asked them for an update and told them I waited for more than enough time to verify my account then they asked me for "Photos or original PDF-file of utility bills for the last 3 months on the place of your registration" and sent it to them in half an hour. They got my pdf and said "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer." This is document#2 At hour#58.

After I sent the second document I keep asking for an update on my verification and they answer the same quote as before.

At hour#72 I asked askgamblers support team if I waited over 72 hours already but I just sent them document#2 at hour#57 and askgamblers support team told me I have to wait another 72 hours start from time that they receive document#2 but if they ask another document I should feel free to submit a complaint. I feel so bad at this point but I will wait another 72 hours.

I have to wait until hour#130 (58+72). Between that I asked for an update but I got the same answer everytime.

At hour#129 ( 3/2/2023 at 09:46 GMT+7) They ask for my driving license from both sides. This is document#3 they want from me. I sent my driving license from both sides to them and they said "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer."

At the moment I writing this complaint is 3/2/2023 at 22:29 GMT+7. This is hour#143 and my account still not verified by them.

I asked them for update many times and I got this message from them too "System notification. Suspicion of spam! If we keep receiving multiple messages from this address, the e-mail address will be blocked automatically by system."


I have 128,000.08 THB( equivalent to 3840.67 USD) with them and I want to withdraw all my money.

Please help me in this verification case I really want someone to help me out.
