Deposited in Amerio 10 euro and got 300% bonus 30 euro.

Attached please see screenshot of terms for this bonus. Terms say that max win after wagering is 5 x BONUS amount.

After I finished wagering my balance dropped to 50 euro - which is 5x DEPOSIT (not 5x bonus as in terms).

After I contacted them I was told that it was the system setting to pay only 5xdeposit. Is this OK? Can they publish bonus terms and then blame the system? They said they cannot do anything about it (because it was system) and this decision is final.

Dear all, remaining part 100 (in the meantime I succesfully withdrew 50 euro) was added to my real balance. I already requested withdrawal of 100, so we will see how it goes :)
