The first time basic passport and address documents were approved in just a few hours. But then the difficulties began. I still had to prove my deposit information. Well, these still haven't been approved. And they started lying that these are ALWAYS requested after the first deposit. Not true. I also deposited a second time and then when I won and started withdrawing then they started asking for documents. And then they started making excuses that this could take up to 72 hours. Well, we're close to this and still nothing has happened! Avoid this place if you want a nice and fast experience. I might change my feedback if I ever get my money back, which I highly doubt!
