First of all, I was offered a 100% match promotion that I wagered to 445 euro which disappeared and left my balance at zero. After hours trying to get through to customer service they eventually reinstated it with no real acknowledgement of the distress. I actually wagered it into real money and got my balance to 4500 euro.
Due to VIP “levels” I was only able to request a 500 euro withdrawal every 24 hours and was told each withdrawal would take 3-5 business days to clear so to withdraw the full amount of 4500 euro I would have to log in at the same time every day to request another 500 euro and to withdraw everything would take weeks as they find process on weekends. Worried I would gamble it away I asked if I could “take a 24 break” every day after a withdrawal request and was told it was not allowed. I then asked if I closed my account altogether could I receive my winnings and they said this is not possible either and if I closed my account I could not get my winnings. Despite highlighting I was worried I would gamble the money away and if there was any way to use safer gambling tools to ensure I got my withdrawal they said it was not possible so I ended up gambling it away and never saw a penny. I don’t know how this site is legal or has such a high rating. Their practices make it nearly impossible to withdraw any substantial win but they take your money straight away.
