Casino is not replying to my emails

Last month, i lost my phone and got a new one. For that reason, i couldn't two-factor verify when logging in at WinWin. I asked support, and was told to contact them by mail, provide photo ID and ask them to disable two-factor verification, so that i could log in again.

I did that the 21st of August and haven't gotten any reply. Meanwhile i have asked their CS on the site, and have just gotten told to wait.

Can i please be allowed access to my account soon?

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

Hello again. The thread was reopened after Winwin, once again, failed to answer. At AskGamblers request, i have now sent an email via gmail to Winwin. A screenshot is attached here for AskGamblers to see.

If Winwin does not answer again this thread might be shut down for good. And i highly doubt that AskGamblers will actually blacklist them, or even just lower their rating. In that case, i want anyone seeing this to know, that neither AskGamblers or Winwin can be trusted to partake in making gambling more safe for consumers.

I of course hope that this will not be the case. I hope that Winwin will uphold their duties as a licensed operator, let me regain access to my account and finally let me withdraw my money. If that won't happen - i hope AskGamblers will stay true to their declared intentions and sanction Winwin.

Stop lying. There is no issue with hotmail. You have proved that yourself already by confirming that you received photos of my passport and driver's license.

I can not find live chat on the site. I have tried looking at different places and searching for "live" and "support". And i am pretty experienced in finding live chat on betting sites.

I have written a ticket to your support via your website. I am not counting on Winwin to reply. I am however attaching a screenshot of this - just in the odd case that AskGamblers decide to wake up and assist their community member in getting through this obvious scam.
