On 22 December I made a deposit at Winmaker Casino. I made a 50$ deposit using an e-wallet from Neteller I also used a 200% deposit bonus with a 40xB wager. After completing the wager I had over 6000$ in my account but due to the max cash out rule from the bonus, I was able to withdraw 5000$, I knew that up front and was still very happy to make a huge withdrawal from a 50$ deposit. Until that point, it had been a great experience.

I made sure to send all the documents to verify my account and that was completed very quickly. But then the problem started, for some unknown reason Neteller didn't show up for me in the withdrawal section. I asked chat support about this and they told me to wait.

I have had the same issue with other casinos, so I thought I could just do a minimum deposit with Skrill requested a cash out to Skrill, and also sent documents to verify my Skrill account. Again that was verified quickly within minutes and also got an email from the casino saying my account had been fully verified.

And then from that point, nothing has happened, of course, I am not able to see what is going on from the casino side. I have contacted chat support several times and always get the same response, we are actively working hard on your casino please wait. I wrote an email to support for two days and never got a response. The only emails I get from the casino are promotions emails with more deposit bonuses.

So unfortunately a great experience with a great casino with many slots, and fair RTP, I did during the wager get my biggest win ever on a casino 5000$ with a 1$ bet on a Crystal Ball from provider Gamomat. I only play a few times a month never seeing it as a way to make money, but just doing it for the entertainment of course always hoping maybe one day the big win will hit for me. For me the 5000$ win is almost two months of salary, so one of the best experiences on a casino for me turned into a frustrating experience.

Maybe I am just impatient and maybe it is because of the Christmas holidays they work a bit slower. So apologize for that, but from my point of view I don't understand why it hasn't been solved yet. So I hope some help from AskGamblers might speed up the process.

The player has been in frequent contact with our customer service colleagues over the past week and we are quite aware of the issue they described. We agree with the player's description of the problem and find it fair and accurate.

Rest assured that we are committed to resolving the problem as soon as possible and enable the player to receive their winnings without any unnecessary delay.

Unfortunately, however, we have not yet been able to resolve the problem due to communication delays that, as we have been advised, have been caused by the holiday season.

We are pursuing the matter with our payment service provider and we will provide an update to the player as soon as we can.

Dear Winmaker and Askgamblers,

Thanks for reply. It doesn't really help, just gives the casino more time to solve the issue, because after they responded they get an additional 96 hours to solve the issue. The reply doesn't add any progress to my issue, unless I misunderstood if so then kindly accept my apology.
But thanks askgamblers for your help so far.
I will then patiently wait for a solution.
And as I also mentioned earlier to the casino, I am very flexible regarding getting the withdrawal if it makes it easier I can also accept getting paid in crypto currencies or bank transfers.

Dear Askgamblers, I got message from the casino today, less than one hour ago. First was that my withdrawal had been cancelled. After contracting support, they told me that they would convert my usd balance to nok currency. After that has been done, I can request a new withdrawal with Neteller. So not completed yet, but hopefully soon. Thanks for help

A short time ago the casino converted my usd balance to nok currency. I was then able to request a withdrawal to my Neteller account. Total amount 56773 nok. Maximum pr. Transaction to Neteller is 40.000 nok. So I made a 40.000 nok and a 16773 nok withdrawal request.
The 40.000 nok got confirmed a few minutes later and at the same time the 16673 nok got rejected.
Contacting support i was informed that "technical issues can sometimes arise unexpectedly. Currently, after the first cashout, a technical problem has occurred, which is why it was canceled"
So I was told to wait for the financial department to investigate why it was cancelled.
According to the casinos terms the maximum cashout limit is 7500€ 88200 in nok currency, it doesn't mention any daily limit.
So I guess just very unlucky their system broke after paying me 40.000 nok

Dear all,

We are happy to confirm that we found a way to address the issue that was delaying the player's cashouts.

As per their previous post, their pending cashouts have now been cancelled and their balance converted to another currency, which allowed new cashouts to be requested to the same payment method that was used for the original deposit.

As far as I can see, one of the player's new cashouts has already been processed and has likely reached them by now.

We hope this update resolves the issue.

Dear Askgamblers (hi winmaker),

I am happy to confirm that my total cashout of 5000$ (56773 nok) has been recieved.

I would also like to add that i got an email from the casino saying that i will no longer be able to use any bonus from them in the future, but i would be able to make a real money deposit and withdrawal. and i quote from the mail "After we see a change in the current pattern of your gaming activity, you'll be able to receive our bonuses" implying that i have abused their bonusses. According to their website they offer five welcome bonusses to new customers, and this was my 4th deposit with a bonus.
So i would translate that into, we offer you five bonusses, but dont you dare complete the wager and request a cashout.
I dont really care, i would not even accept a non-deposit from them even if it had 1x wager.

This has been the worst experience ever on a online casino and i am happy it is finally over. Thanks again Askgamblers

I am not telling other people what to do with their money, but i hope they read this complain (and also upcomming detailed reviews from me on all website i can find that offer a chance to give the casino a review) and then after reading it they can decided themself if they would trust their money with this casino that is 100% up to them. I will just share my experience nothing else.

For me i will in the future look in the bottom of a website and if it is owned by Hollycorn N.V. i will run away, and all future mails are directed to the spam folder in my gmail.
