Just wondering if there is a bigger issue or if I’m alone. Tomorrow will be 14 days since first request to withdraw and 10 business days. Normally request are processed in less than 5 days but this is really dragging on. My account is fully verified and I am a level 3 player with no account issues on the site. Support don’t have access to withdrawal timelines and via their main support email they just provide generic responses which have become really frustrating. Attached is currently waiting to be paid out. Just really frustrating at not being given a reason and no information coming from their main support email. My account manager has seemed to have disappeared too with no emails being replied too. I had signed up direct I think from one of your promo emails for them and hope you might have a better hope of getting a response. Hope you can help!
