Tried to withdrawl winnings on 28th September of $500 5 days ago.. chat person said that payment made on the weekend.Today I emailed customer service and asked for proof of transfer as not recieved and got a reply that they having trouble with wirecard email reply said they will attempt to fix ASAP.. so how can they have done transfer when chat said prior.
