I have been waiting for over 14 days for my withdrawal. The chat support keeps saying that all I can do is wait, even though they have stated that the maximum time is 5 business days.
They refer to third parties having their own terms and technical problems. How long will I have to wait for my money? This is starting to get frustrating.
