I am waiting for 2 500 euro withdrawals, made on the 24th of June 2025. I have now been waiting 11 days for a withdrawal that the site says will take 3 days. I have contacted live chat 4 times and email twice. I receive the same 3 robot like responses, we understand your frustration, your money is safe, and there is a delay. They won't tell me what the delay is or how long it will take. I am getting worried as there are a lot of complaints about this casino online and lots of the complaints say they won't pay.
