Withdrawal of 400 euro still pending

On August 8, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €400 from my casino account. The next day, the website went into “maintenance” for 5–6 days. After the site came back, I contacted support multiple times asking about my withdrawal status. The only response I kept receiving was to “wait,” without any proper explanation or timeline.

This is my first withdrawal request from this casino. I have not used any bonuses, and I have not been asked to complete KYC. There should be no restrictions preventing the withdrawal.

I also sent follow-up emails to the support team, but they have since stopped answering me completely.

I find this delay frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Using “maintenance” as a reason to hold a player’s funds is not trustworthy.

I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue and to have my withdrawal of €400 processed without further delay.
