Expiring and Delaying Withdrawal requests
Have been trying now for a week to get a withdrawal processed with no luck. The request keeps coming back as expired. I had 2 withdrawals the first one for $350 was processed without issues but my second one for $300 I have now had to request 4 times.
I contacted the casino on Friday (3 days ago) before the finance office closed at which time I was told, via chat Andreas, that IWild processed 7 days a week and that the weekend wouldn't cause any issues and I disagreed because I knew the office was only open Monday-Friday. All he kept saying was be patient and just like I had told him on Friday nothing happened over the weekend and on Saturday it expired again so I requested a withdrawal for $280 and kept $20 back. Of this $20 I kept back I won and so I requested a $400 withdrawal as well. I now have two outstanding withdrawals from Saturday for $280 (which the request has been made 4 times over a week) and a second for $400.
They are both now over the 24hr processing time as stated in their terms and conditions on the website and I just got off with chat again and all he keeps saying is be patient. The office is now closed and I can guarantee that both of these withdrawals will expire again at which point I will have to request again and start over. I feel like I am getting no answers via chat. I have also sent 2 emails directly to finance [email protected] as this was the email that Andreas on chat gave me and the email that sent me the expired notifications and they have yet to reply to me.
All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification, every days 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3).
This is directly off their terms and conditions and if these were being followed then nothing should be expiring. All I am asking is for them to stay within their own terms and process within the 24hr period. I am fully verified so there should be no delays at all, as I previously stated I had a $350 the day before the $300 and it was processed right away. It seems like because I cashed out $350 they keep expiring all requests after because if they were processing within their own terms 24hrs nothing would expire.
