Casino is stalling my withdrawal

Hello!

In the casino terms it stays: "All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification, every days 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3)."

My account got fully verified and confirmed 4 november. I made withdraw requests 5 november, its almost 3 days since I requested withdraw and still pending.

I have total 4800 EU to withdraw, because of a site limit of 1200 EU per day I cant request more than 1200 either because of it pending. So to do another 1200 EU I have to get the payment accepted, a bit annoying.

Email from 4 november:
"Thank you for providing us with all data and documents.
We would like to inform you that your account has been verified with success by our Financial Department.

Now you can execute deposits and withdraw your payments without additional verification procedures."

I want the Casino to ASAP process the withdraws so I can make new ones and cashout my balance.

Hello. Can update since this got posted, that withdraws are benig processed. I contacted their support and got answer that they process 400 euro each day so a bit slow to get all money. But now 400 withdraw is processed.

You can close the case atm.
