Hi! I have a pending withdrawal request that has repeatedly failed to process due to "technical reasons" as your support chat says--four times in the last three weeks. I have successfully withdrawn in the past and faced no issues up until this point. Unfortunately due to an emergency, the withdrawal of this money is really important to me, but it seems that your team is not doing anything at all. All replies remain the same as if it was just copied and pasted.

I'm confirming that I have finally received both of my withdrawals. Thank you to the team behind @AskGamblers for providing help and a platform that allowed me to resolve my issue. I still haven't received my withdrawal of 50000 PHP through bank transfer, for the possible reasons that it is currently the weekend. For now, I will wait a couple of days for GGBet to process my withdrawal. Their support team has estimated 5 business days again for this transaction, which will end in 3 days.

23/04/2026 I submitted a withdrawal of 65.7 USD, it is currently 4 days and still counting without it be paid. Whenever I chatted with their support their response are always the same excuses, I have waited enough now I am afraid that I might lose my money if care is not taken, I have tried all I could for them to pay me my money still they never.

When I go through their terms and conditions it was stated that withdraw only takes 24 hours, however my withdrawal has long exceeded.

In late February, I attempted to withdraw 450 EUR twice (Visa/Bank), but after 3 weeks of no action, I was forced to cancel and try a smaller amount. March 10th (Present): The deadline has passed. Support now claims the delay is due to "technical reasons" and cannot provide any specific timeframe for resolution.

The Issue:
