Hello, Ask Gamblers,

I've been trying to withdraw my money from GGBET since the 24th of February.

After the prerequisite KYC procedures and having my account fully verified, I expected an instant payment like they do in almost every other bookie. It's been way too long by standard industry practice.

I have been going through online reviews of the site and realized payments can be delayed for even months at this bookie. I've talked to customer service numerous times, and I keep getting the same canned answers requiring me to be patient, and for that reason, I have to file this complaint just so they're aware in case they plan on not paying me.

I have lost all confidence in getting my money.

I would like the support team to at least give an average payment time frame for customers. That seems an issue too. I just can't get an estimate no matter how many times I ask. The issue here is uncertainty in payment time frame. Some complaints in this site have stated months in pending payments. If you could provide an average time frame then it'd be less stressful for me. I had to bring this issue here to possibly avoid waiting weeks or months to get paid.

Fine then. I'll be patient. I would like to let Ask Gamblers know that I'm willing to wait until the 24th of this month, March , which would be exactly one month since I made the initial withdrawal attempt. That's a long enough time frame for payment processing.
