Ridiculous payment
Unfortunately I have to make a complaint again about the payment :( Luckily I have only 100 dollars what they dont want to cashout. On August 14th I've made a withdraw request. In my opinion it's an absolute joke that I have a lot of deposit and withdraw with the same bankcard and they need still 10 business days to cash out my money. But ok, no problem. If I'm right that this day is the 10th business day from the request and the money is still not on my bankaccount. It's funny because I always have received SMS on the previous withdraw requests when the money was sent to my bank. Unfortunately I don't receive it until now. Not to mention the fact that the bank need more 2 or 3 business days to put the money on my bank account. Support still cant answer to my questions that when will they payout the money and whats wrong with the procedure.
On my surprise that the status of this withdraw request is "succesful" but it cant be (on the picture you can see)!
I'm so sad and angry that a casino can make this with a player...
