Hi,
After 5 hours trying to make a withdrawal and chatting with casino support, I'm in a dead end.
After deposited 300€ (100+200) I got some winnings, and was trying to withdraw 650€, leaving there the rest to play.
For my surprise, my neteller deposits were instant, but when trying to withdraw, a strange thing happened.
All ewallets were blocked, so I cannot choose neteller or skrill as a withdrawal method (as I always do).
Contacting support, they said to clear cache, restart browser, and all that stuff... the issue continued.
Then I tried to make a withdrawal using trustly.
My withdrawal was approved, bu my Country doesn't show up in the list (Portugal).
After contact support again, they say they cannot cancel the transfer.
Looking at trustly website, they clear say that support must be provided by merchants.
How can I, at least, have my money back on my casino account?
I'm pretty sure playamo have a transaction ID and that they can cancel it with trustly.

I want to close this complaint.
I've managed to transfer the money via Trustly but to a German friend. Luckily, nothing like transfer from Portuguese player to German account was verified, and my friend received the money just today.
A big negative to the support team.
I still have all ewallets locked and support don't know why.
Strange. Maybe because I got some good winnings everyday?
