Hello Askgamblers team. I would be very grateful if you could help me.
I have been a Betrebels customer for about 1.5 months. During this time I have made deposits of about 1600 euros. I have also completed the KYC process. All small withdrawals have been paid out normally within 24 hours so far.

I won about 2000 euros on a slot a week ago. And finally I withdrew 1200 euros. The withdrawal has not been processed and my emails have not been answered.

I can confirm that Betrebels has paid the full 1200 euros today.
Despite their slowness, I will remain their customer. I hope that in the future they will respond to emails and not keep the customer completely in the dark.
