I also note that a sum of 1140 USDT was deducted from my account due to canceled bets, as evidenced by a clear screenshot showing "bet refund." Based on this information, I kindly request a reconsideration of the withdrawal refusal and the release of my full balance amounting to 1340 USDT.

Upon a thorough review of the account activity, it has been observed that the user's withdrawal request of $900 was reversed and credited back to their account due to an unspecified issue with the withdrawal process. Subsequently, the user engaged in various betting activities, including wagers on our sportsbook, as well as participating in games like Mines, Crash, and Classic Dice.
As of October 1st, the user's account balance was depleted. Following this, the user contacted our support team to request self-exclusion, leading to the account being locked in compliance with their request. Should the user express a desire to reactivate their account, they are encouraged to inform us, and our team will provide the necessary assistance to facilitate this process.
Furthermore, we have forwarded the detailed betting history to AG via email for their records.
