Standard answers and ignoring me since December 1st

Hello, I waited more than a week to make this complaint. I tried every way to contact support and they always gave me standard answers.
The problem started when I went to make a withdrawal. I had profited 2600$ (deposit 3000$). 2 hours passed and it was denied, after that, I could no longer make any withdrawals.
No one from support was able to resolve it, they asked me to send an email to [email protected] with the username, email, txtd, IP address, and device. And again standard answer without resolution.
I have KYC verified, no referral, no other account. I never broke any rules, certainly.
I have always praised BC Games in groups and argued with anyone who spoke negatively about BC and I have this frustrating surprise.
