11/03/2026 I placed bets of 1500 USDT on a basketball match, won 1400 USDT. When I try to withdraw money i received a notification that I need to submit verification again from LEVEL 2 to LEVEL 4.
But now I need to send for a LEVEL 2 selfie with documents and paper with nickname and date.
LEVEL 3 - proof of address LEVEL 4 - bank statement and payslips.
I made it! Load documents for LEVEL 2 - COMPLETED, LEVEL 3 - COMPLETED, LEVEL 4 - reviewing. The next day, I wrote again to support and asked why it took so long to review LEVEL4. They ask me to check my mail. In my mail was a letter «please confirm verification by link…»
I also completed this verification by linking it was third party verification service, not stake.com! By the way i made it.
After all this i wrote again to Stake.com support. They told me that I need to wait. After it i received a letter from someone from stake again with requirements to complete another verification with a new link. I wrote to support and ask what this is. They answered me that I need to wait and update my page when the results are in.
So I read a lot of complaints and understand that the current situation is in forever verification.
So I ask you to help me to solve it and to get my money back from this suspicious website.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Stake Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

Stake.com referring to rule 4.7, but it simply doesn't exist in Terms of Service.
2. "As a result, and in line with Clauses 4.19 and 4.21, your account has been permanently restricted and the associated funds have been withheld» - according to clause 4.19 Stake shall be entitled to close or suspend Your Stake Account if:
a) Stake considers that You are using or have used the Website in a fraudulent or collusive manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
b) Stake considers that You are using or have used the Website in an unfair manner, have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Stake or any of its customers or if Your Stake Account is being used for the benefit of a third party;
c) Stake is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court or if Stake is unable to verify Your identity, profession or source of funds as is expressly required by the applicable regulations;
d) You are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable regulations or the fair use of our services, or Stake has concerns that You are a compulsive problem gambler without being self-excluded;
e) Stake considers that any of the events referred to in (a) to (e) above may have occurred or are likely to occur.
I want to draw attention to these two words: close or suspend an account. There are no any words about PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED. I dont find such terminology in Terms of Sevice.
Also according to clause 4.21 "In the circumstances referred to in 4.19, Stake shall also be entitled to void any bets placed by You following such actions by You or to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings) to the extent permitted by law.»
I DONT FIND HERE ANY WORDS ABOUT WITHHELD ALL FUNDS INCLUDING MY DEPOSIT!
Considering how highly Stake values its website terms of service, citing the clauses of those rules they use to justify their decision to «PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED» my account and «WITHHELD» my funds, I ask:
1. Adhere to your rules and act accordingly;
2. Cancel my winnings and return the deposited funds to my wallet.
Otherwise, I request that you provide a proper response citing your own rules, clearly stating which clause was violated and the basis for the confiscation of funds. I also ask that you not deceive Ask Gamblers and other website readers by citing non-existent clauses of the rules. Thank you.
