I was playing on RedKings and won something and then made a withdrawal. Shortly afterwards I reversed it to gamble even more. After few hours I wanted to log in and I couldn't. Like my account does not exist anymore.

I contacted their support (live chat existed, but not now anymore) and they've sent me only one mail that my account has been restricted.

After that no explanations why or what do I need to do. I've sent over 10 emails since than and not a single one was not responded to.

I have 376,66 € on that account. Please help!
