Dear AskGambler, i am using 1xbet my gambling id is 948248937, i am writing to bring your attention a deeply concerning issues
First issue : they refused to let me withdraw my funds claiming that i need to verify my account
Second issue : I sent all documents as you can see in the attached files and they said that the document was not clear ! I sent multiple documents and they dont reply anymore more than 9 days
