On the 5th Nov 2024, i made 2 deposits of $1000 SGD each into my 1Xbet account but didn't receive the credit.
Its been more than a month chasing 1Xbet and they just keep going in circle without the intention to fix the issue.
Please see attached for the deposit method.
The QR page was provided by 1xBet and you can cross reference with my 5th Nov 2024 transaction that I did not receive both the deposits.
