Hello,

I was playing at Pokerstars casino, Ginie jackpots megaway slot. When a Genie wilds feature comes, the game is freezing at the payment point. I contacted with Pokerstars support and they kind answer me to restart my iPad and get back after few time to continue the game. Unfortunately I did that about 20 times the last 12 hours but still the game freezing at the same point. I sent more messages to support department but still they didn’t answer me. I am waiting a kind reply and help to solve this problem and take my win please. Attached you will find a screen shot of the freezing point. Thank you !
