On 08/08/17 a player signed up to Sportsbetting.ag through my affiliate link. I have an 'impression' and a 'click'. He deposited 09/08/17 but I have still not received any commision from the affiliate. I complained to the support email, and received various short replies without any solution. As of 19/09/17 I have been ignored for over a month.
Please find my email correspondance following (the top is my last ignored mail:
I am finding this lack of solution frustrating.
1) You said you tracked him to me on 11/08/17. He played on 14/08/17. So next working day is 15/08/17. It's now 16/08/17 so I should see activity and I still don't. So with the information you have given me I assume something has gone wrong? Or if that isn't the case then he is potentially lieing to me about playing?
To confirm 'xxx' is his account name. xxxx - xxx.com. Is this the player you tracked to me?
What's going on....
2) I asked you if you have a html link for your banner, because my site host doesn't allow javascript. And you ignored the question. Please answer this.
3) So I had to send him an email with the links (and payload):

If you don't have html, then any future referals I send, I am probably going to have the same saga with, and that isn't good enough.
4) He clicked on both links and they show 3 impressions and 1 'hit'/1 'click' @ commision.bz, so if I am getting his hits from the 08/08/17 why is his deposit and play not showing. Why are you not retroactively giving me the affiliate rakeback from the date he joined, when clearly he should have been tracked from that date of that click, and something has gone wrong. This is immoral and not good business.
Are you the only person running this operation? Is it possible to talk to some one with more seniority than you?
I was planning on sending you all of my US customers, but the way this is going, I don't think that is going to work out well for me.
I appreciate my tone in the email isn't very good, but you haven't helped me at all in the previous 4 emails. I would like this to be resolved because we like sbpoker and betonline.

Our policy is when you send a player in for tracking (if not tracked already) it will be in the system the next working day and you will receive credit there on. Not retroactive.
