VC back Royal Windsor's summer monday evenings

Royal Windsor Racecourse is delighted to have renewed its highly successful partnership with VC for the second year running.

VC will once again be the official gaming partner for the ever-popular Monday night race meetings at the Berkshire course.

As well as sponsoring a significant number of the races on Monday nights, VC have further extended their support to sponsor the stalls handlers on Monday evenings.

They will also sponsor the Trainers' and Jockeys' Championships for the Monday night season which were won by trainer Richard Hannon and jockey Richard Hughes in 2006.

VC also ran a very successful competition throughout the 2006 Monday night season in which one lucky racegoer won an all-expenses-paid holiday to Antigua and they have guaranteed to give an equally exciting prize this year.

At VC, Andy Caras-Altas said:
We are extremely pleased to be official gaming partners at Royal Windsors Monday night race meetings for a second season.

Last year proved hugely beneficial to us in developing our brand. The Monday evenings at Windsor have a real party atmosphere, attracting people who really want to enjoy themselves, so it is the perfect venue for us. We have additional on-course branding positions, more races and several new joint marketing plans in place for 2007.

Royal Windsors Managing Director David Mackinnon added:-
I am obviously delighted to welcome VC as partners for another season of Monday night racing.

In the inaugural year, we developed an excellent partnership creating significant branding and promotional opportunities with superb results. We are pleased to have added additional initiatives to further maximise opportunities for VC in 2007.

I am looking forward to another successful season which begins with an afternoon meeting on Monday, April 16 and the first of our 17 Monday evenings with VC is on April 23.
