I made a deposit of 100.00 to PlayOjo using Interac. When the deposit did not get credited I contacted Interac Gigadat and asked them about it. They replied via my email at < email removed > that the transaction was successfully sent. This was her reply

I then attempted for hours to contact PlayOjo via their online chat and via email. I received a email back from someone name Guillermo who stated that he checked and that there is no one with that email and that they will only talk to me if I sent an email to them from a registered email. A few years back I did have (another email which was < email removed > which is no longer active.
I wrote back to him and explained that I am a registered player at PLayOjo and that I < email removed > and about the old previous email. I also stated that I need my money credited to my account and not only has he not responded to that email I have also been unable to contact anyone via their online chat.
Can you please follow up and get my money refunded or credited to my account.
