I made a 228.43 € withdrawal on 1 September at PlayOJO. And already 4 weeks and some days have passed but I still have not received my payment. I made the withdrawal request to my Neteller account, I even became an email on 2 September that the withdrawal is being processed. Some days later as I still have not received the payment, I wrote them an email that my payment still hasn't arrived and they responded that they notified the payment department to review it as soon as possible, after a week or so since I still haven't received the payment I wrote them a second email and they responded that it is still being processed and I can rest assure as they will inform me for new updates and since then have already 2 weeks passed and my money has still not arrived. All my documents are verified so there shouldn't be a problem. I never had problems with them, which makes this situation a little bit disappointing for me.

You were paid the previously requested amount of 228.43 EUR and we also removed the withdrawal restrictions which you were informed about yesterday. .i see you have also been paid the second withdrawal as well, why was this reopened ?
