LeoVegas Casino - My withdrawal always bounces backs to my leovegas account

I have a winning amount in my leovegas account. Whenever I try to withdraw my fund, It is bouncing back.
Since I used an indian bank account to deposit money, I was advised to use skrill / other e-wallets as Indian banks usually wont accept payments from online gambling sites.

I tried to deposit with skrill and withdraw the winnings, but still same issue even if the payment is approved from leovegas. It bounces back to my leo account..
I contacted customer service 7-8 times for the same issue and each one is saying different things and I tried all like clearing cache, turning off vpn but nothing works.

This is insane.. what is the point in playing or winning or even using leo vegas account if withdrawal is not possible ?

Can someone help ?
