I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a deposit transaction that is still showing as pending.

The amount of ₹1000 has been debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my casino account, and the transaction remains in pending status.
I kindly request you to:
1. Check the status of this transaction
2. Credit the amount to my casino account
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Both payments have been successfully debited from my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that refund is not possible as the transactions are completed.
However, the amounts are still showing as pending on your side, which is unacceptable.
I request @AskGamblers to kindly intervene and assist in resolving this issue.
If you claim these payments were not received, provide clear and verifiable proof immediately from your payment processor.
Please resolve this without further delay, either by crediting the amount or providing valid proof.
@askgamblers team please resolve this issue i submitted all the payment proofs and bank statement they not provided valid proof till now . with out valid proof i will not accept this at all.
