Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am raising a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding an unresolved deposit issue.

Details of the issue:

Casino: Dafabet

Deposit Amount: INR 5000

Transaction ID: 504699897

UTR: 610490003095

Payee account: 7627018731@mbk

Date & Time: 14 April 2026, 22:40 IST

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Dafabet wallet. I have contacted their support multiple times, but I am only receiving repeated generic responses such as “we are working on it” or “the amount will be added once confirmed.”

They have failed to provide a clear reason for the delay, specify where the funds are currently held or give any definite timeline for resolution

This delay has now gone on for an unreasonable amount of time, and their support has not taken proper responsibility for resolving the issue.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that either the deposited amount of INR 5000 is credited to my account immediately, or the amount is refunded to my original payment method

I am providing all necessary proof, including bank transaction details and email communication with the operator.

Please treat this as urgent, as the operator has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution despite multiple follow-ups.
