Bonuses, Loyalty, VIP is something this site doent care about. After running through the 4th deposit bonus good luck getting anything. After that, if you want anything as far as a bonus its 100$ deposit for 5$ bonus (35x)...

Thats a single 100$ deposit, they dont care about 5 x 20$ or whatever.. This is ridiculous deposited way too much to just get the reply "if you want a bonus please make a 100$ deposit"

Where has this Casino been hiding? I asked myself when I came across it randomly, here at AskGamblers. It turned out to be an excellent choice. And if you can I implore you to give it a spin.

Not only is the first Welcome Bonus a 100% match but the first 3 are as well and I’m the sort of gambler who unless I’ve had a successful first bonus I very seldom take the second or third because the match is usually much lower, as you’re all aware and with so many casinos vying for our business, plus the fact I like trying out new places as well, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

The wager here is a very reasonable 30x and the minimum deposit is only $10 which works for many. I like a lower deposit because it’s easier to wager but because of the 30x I believe I first deposited $21 then $22 and both times I initially was doing ok but tbh earlier that evening I was out celebrating a friend’s birthday so I was under the influence and I think I made the common mistake of not leaving a game when it’s given everything, still I cling! But I had a feeling and with my third and final deposit of $23 I could do no wrong, every game I tried was hot and I quickly made the wager and believe I had around $500 profit but still hot I started betting higher and before I knew it I had a balance of over $2300!

I only enjoy the live games when I can bet really high amounts so I tried some live casino games at this point, trying to catch a big win like I did this past Summer when I was up at another casino and hit the Crazy Time on a $20 bet, outrageous! That game wasn’t available here but there’s similar games and I did try the Alice in Wonderland and the Italian Roulette plus the Buffalo Blitz live slot which hit the free games but wasn’t a super high multiplier plus the host had a really nasal voice which was grating but still lots of fun! I’m not much for cards but I did play the one I do enjoy, Dragon Tiger, for a solid hour and did ok.

So I played the slots for a few days and would go up and down a few hundred but basically stayed at around the same balance but when I got down to $1800 I decided to withdraw $1500 and keep $300 in to keep playing with.
Before I could withdraw I had to get verified and this is where I usually get nervous, I mean I’ve always gotten paid but some other casinos make you jump through hoops but not here, I only had to upload my government identification and proof of address. An hour later I received an email saying I was good to withdraw and an hour later got another email saying the money had been sent and I checked my bank and sure enough.
I’m Canadian and like many of us use
interact e-transfer and only two other casinos I’m aware of pay this quickly using this method but this place was the fastest by far. No waiting the standard 2-3 days most all other casinos unreasonably make you suffer through.

I like the fast withdraws. And they do give a lot of bonuses but of course I’ve never yet been able to wager one of their cash bonuses. They want me to keep adding more to the positive comment, but at the time I have nothing positive to say.

Payouts are not very good.
I also confided to the casino that I am an addict, and that I was in financial trouble due to losing my money in here and they still allowed me to play and lose more money, knowing this.
I asked for my recent losses back of $500 which to them is pocket funds to me it’s like $1 million but they said no it was my choice to continue playing well yeah like an addict has a choice.
I can understand before they knew I was an addict but now that they know and still allowed me to play I feel I should be getting my money back and I plan to pursue this further. Any other casino I have played at, as soon as I expressed financial trouble or addiction problems my account was permanently closed without question. I was not given a voice or second chance .

Verification: fast-- no issues with my deposits and withdrawals whatsoever.
Communication: stellar-- I've communicated extensively with their support team. I suspect it wasn't very pleasant having to hear from me so often. Still, they were always very responsive; very forthcoming. No non-sense and quite friendly. An account manager handled my issue personally. And so it wasn't "faceless." Unlike other providers, they're receptive to requests for bonuses.
Quite happy. They have my loyalty.

Perhaps add a tiered VIP system. The presence of it might help me feel like my bets are contributing to some end goal (even if I lose). Some might appreciate the addition of lower-stake (i.e below $50) black jack tables (aside from Freebet, Infinite, and Blackjack Party).
Sending more (or at least some) exclusive deposit incentives/ free spins would be good.

Had some issues with a promotion and took some time to solve but they honoured the promotion. I have a negative review in here that I would edit but can’t find out how. After resolving the promotion issue I have no problem with this site.

Promotion took awhile to be honoured but was in the end. Hopefully they have learned from their mistakes and it will be smooth sailing from here. Would be nice if they had a mobile app also.

That I feel I was lied to about their promotions, their support would email me saying they are taking care of it but still nothing. The promotion was a lie to bring in more customers. They had a promotion that if you wagered $50 they would send you a bottle of whiskey. I did this and since it has been almost two months and still no whiskey. I have multiple emails from their support with excuses and saying they are working on it. But now my emails are going unanswered. They offered a promotion they are not honouring, they will not give me an answer other then they are working on it. I have emails to prove all of this. I would probably stay away from her because of shady promotion tactics like this. If you offer a promotion you should honour it
