Great Design and user friendly Platform. Good choice of providers and fast loading times
Verfication process is way to complicated. Normally you need ID, POA and Credit Card...but not at Chanz..Make sure you do the verification before you deposit one cent. I need to send them a statement where they see my card connected to the bank account that I even send them in a bank statement.. By now they have ID, POA, CC, BS and still can't play my deposited 30 bugs...not even talking about requesting a wd.

Close to 100% of our players can immediately start playing after registration, but in your case we needed to first verify you because you registered an account and made a deposit with a card issued from a location outside your origin.

Trusted payment's, not wide but good selection of game's from different provider's. I loved this casino when they opened but now I just have been letting it go.
They had great bonuses when they opened. But after 6 month's they stopped, and I stopped playing. Usually they had from the start offer's if you had played during every week you got "10fs in immortal romance" or other micro slot's. And you got free spins to micro slots when depositing. Now they only offer "25% bonus,deposit 10-49€ and get 10fs in starburst, deposit 50-100€ and get 50fs in starburst." So they just stopped being awesome to my eyes what made them so much different than other's. But hey, all the good things stop's at some point always? Progress bar moved too too too slow for my taste.

I like good selection of games and deposit methods including skrill wallet.
I don't like poor bonus giving. The bonus must wager 35 times. If I get 50 euros bonus then player must consider this that it's impossible to meet the wagering requirements.

Casino should have vip program for big depositors. I've started to play active 2 months ago and my total deposit amount was 1500 euros and I didn't have not a single big win or withdrawal. I had a very bad gaming experience. Because of that is my review negative.

When I have to verify my kyc for winnings of 50 euro while depositing 100"s it is weird for me... Bizarre actually and it really felt like stalling.. Yes for 50 euro... Clearly they don't get support well trained and organized because they all say bizarre things not based on facts or reality. Like saying it is an Malta obligation to ask for payouts for 50 euro, which is simply not truth.

I came across Chanz Casino a few months ago, while I was looking for new online casinos. When I first opened their website I really liked it, social casino with great software providers. I scroll down a little bit, but I didn't saw any Skrill or Neteller logo for deposit options so I closed it later. Later I also check out here at AskGamblers and I was right, no Skrill or Neteller.

Chanz Casino was added on the AG list of casinos just a few days ago. The first thing about this casino that caught my attention is that they do not accept any e - wallet service for withdrawal. Moreover neither on the credit / debit card, you can’t withdraw money. It is interesting that the only way to make a deposit at the casino is by using your debit card. On the other hand, you can withdraw money only on the bank account. Of course I, and I suppose most of the players, do not like this. For safety and speed of the process I make deposit and withdrawal at online casinos right only by using Neteller or Skrill. It is simply unbelievable that today one online casino offers only one way for deposit and one for withdrawal.

This is already enough reason to drop out any thought to make a deposit at the Casino Chanz. But I spent some time exploring the casino website to write this review. The welcome packages that casino offer to new players are consisting of two bonuses. The first is a bonus of 100% and 20 free spins on Immortal Romance and the second bonus on the second deposit is a bonus of 50% and 30 free spins on Esqueleto Explosivo game. The minimum deposit that is required to make in order to take these bonuses is EUR 20 and the wagering requirements are 60 x bonus. I started to play on Chanz a couple of days after they opened the site.

Chanz looks very good and I never experienced any game crashes, which is quite common on other sites. The games are also running very good.

I've been playing there a lot and have made many deposits and withdrawals. The support have always processed my withdrawals in a couple of minors directly in the early morning If I've made them very late.

This is a safe and secure casino!
They need more games. NetEnt, WMS, Play'nGo, Quickspin are a few examples of games I would love to see in their selection.

Chanz does not offer so many payment methods.

Chanz casino is the newest casino added on AskGamblers, but I joined them earlier this month, when I found them. I had seen their name mentioned few times on some page, so I decided to check them out. They seemed like a very social casino where you can add friends. But I was interested in them because they have two software providers, which I both like very much- Microgaming and Thunderkick.

After registration I wanted to see if they have anything free for new members. Live support wasn't available at that moment, so I wrote them an email. I was really surprised to see that I received an answer email from them few minutes later. They offered 100% match bonus with 20 free spins. Although I really liked the fact that free spins were wager free, I didn't like the wager for match bonus, which was 60x bonus. For me it seemed too much, and since it's an automatic bonus, I contacted live support to talk about that. I didn't like the fact that the only deposit method was VISA deposit, and support told me that they hope to have other methods soon too. I made a deposit of 25€ and live support canceled the bonus for me. Then I was ready to go.

I started to play Immortal Romance with minimum bets. At first I had absolutely no luck and lost half of my balance in a really short time, but when I expected it the least, I triggered free spins and Amber paid me around 50x bet. I had a few good hits and when my balance was around 40€, I went to play Game of Thrones. I started to play with 0.30€ bets and after a few winnings of 30x bet, I increased bets to 0.60€.
