I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stake regarding my recent withdrawal transactions. Despite the status showing as successful on the Stake platform, I have yet to receive the funds in my bank account. I have attempted to reach out to Stake's customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

Details of the Transactions:

1. Transaction ID: 1986808857

Amount: -₹10,000.00

Date and Time: 10:20 PM, 23rd June 2024

Status: Successful

2. Transaction ID: 1987692190

Amount: -₹20,000.00

Date and Time: 12:04 PM, 24th June 2024

Status: Successful

User ID: rampage598

I have also attached my latest bank statement, which clearly shows that these amounts have not been credited to my account. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience, and I am seeking immediate assistance to resolve this matter.

I urge AskGamblers to intervene and help expedite the resolution of this issue. It is crucial for me to have these funds credited to my bank account as soon as possible.

As mentioned by our Live Support Team during your last interaction, the transaction with ID 1986808857 was declined and reversed into your Stake account with ID 1988756683. Additionally, as communicated in that chat, regarding your transaction with ID 1987692190, please note that withdrawals can take up to 3 business days to process. The funds should be reflected in your bank account by June 27th. If you do not see the funds by then, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
