We would like to inform you that we have reached out to the complainant regarding the transaction ID 2029744003, which was completed with the UTR 419520344047. We have noted that the bank statement provided by the user does not correspond to the account number used for the withdrawal. We have sent the Proof of Withdrawal to the user and kindly asked them to contact their bank for further assistance, as the transaction was successfully completed.

If the user still believes that the amount did not reach the correct account, we have requested that they provide us with a new bank statement for the correct account number in PDF format, covering the period from the date of the transaction to the present. This will enable us to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for further investigation.
