I deposited ₹5000 into my Stake wallet on June 7, 2024, but the amount hasn't been credited to my wallet or refunded to my bank account. Although Stake Support initially said the issue would be resolved within 7 banking days, it's been over 14 days without any resolution. I sent a follow-up email with my latest bank statement attached but received no response.

My user ID is AyushSingh30 and the deposit transaction ID is 1953491742.

My payment UTR number is 415921209843.

If needed i can provide the proofs and screenshot of the transaction and my latest bank statement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that we have reached out to your account's registered email address. In the message, we mentioned that if your bank account was debited, an automatic refund should be issued within the next seven banking days from the date of the failed transaction, excluding weekends. Please note that the seventh banking day is the latest expected date for the refund to be processed.

Therefore, we kindly requested that you contact our payment team on the eighth banking day if the refund has not been received by then. Please provide the following information to assist us in escalating the issue to our Processor Team:

Your Stake username
Stake transaction ID
A screenshot of the proof of payment with all transaction details, which you can find on your UPI app
An updated bank statement in PDF format (from the date of the charge up to the present)
Please ensure the PDF file is unlocked, as we cannot accept locked PDF files.

I have already sent two emails to the payment team at Stake before this conversation, but I have not received any replies.
As informed by you, I have sent another email to [email protected], providing all the information requested by the Stake support team.

We verified that on the 21st you received a message from support. In that message, you were provided with the retrieval number for the transaction: 415921209843. We recommend inquiring with your bank for further details on the status of the refund.

I have contacted my bank and raised the issue there I have also provided them with the transaction id provided by Stake.

My bank told that they will help me to resolve this issue within 15 days. So I have to wait for 2 weeks.

Thanks a lot askgambler for now u can mark this complaint as resolved but if further needed I will surely contact your team and ask to reopen the issue if needed.
