Stake Casino - Missing deposit of INR 49999 and casino refusing to refund for the same

Amount- INR 49,999

Date and time- 12th October 2024 at 9:13pm

Transaction ID- 2207824213

The transaction was marked as failed even though I made the payment. My bank confirmed that the stake merchant received my payment. I then waited 7 banking days for a refund but did not get any. Contacted stake support multiple times and they said they refunded the money on the 17th of October which is not true. I have shared my latest bank statement with them MULTIPLE times which shows I have not received any refund.

They also gave me RRN for the refund they did "1****1208472" but this is literally the RRN/transaction ID of the payment I made to the Stake merchant this is also visible in the screenshot of the payment.

On 7th November for once the stake support responded positively stating that the refund ran into some issues and that they would give me the money via a payout but they updated their statement the next day via another mail and said they had already refunded the money.

It's been more than a month, Askgamblers please help me now. And a note for stake, please do not respond that you have already refunded the money since I have every proof in the world that you guys have not. The RRN that your support is giving is for the payment that I made and not for any refund. I have all the proofs you would need just please resolve my issue.

Files attached in order:

1. Proof of payment made on 12th October 2024 at 9:13 pm.

2. Failed transaction status of transaction "2207824213" for which the payment was successful.

3. A mail from stake support stating I received a refund on 17th October with a UTR number which is literally the UTR number of the transaction I made as is visible in file 1(proof of payment).

4. Stake support on 7 November finally after 3 weeks of struggle agreed to pay via payout since the refund ran into trouble.

5. Stake support again changed their statement the next day stating they have already refunded.

6. My bank statement from the 10th of October to the 10th of November, it shows the payment being made on 12th October at 9:13 pm worth 49999 INR and no refund is visible in the account statement.

Its been a month already, I dont think initiating a refund is takes that much time. You have already lied to me about the refund so the trust factor is gone, just give me a refund on the same account, i dont wish for a payout.

Dear Stake casino,
Respectfully I feel that you guys are just wasting both our times. A simple bank transaction does not take A month and a week. It's been 38 days already and you are still asking for 7 more days.
I request that you guys guarantee me that I will receive my refund in the given time frame. 50k is literally monthly paycheck for an undergrad passout here in India. And I wont lie its a significant sum for me too. Please just refund me my money.
I have now shared my bank statement more than 5 times with you guys, I am fed up with this repeated process which leads to nowhere. Please I request just give me my money.

Dear Ask Gamblers,
Please intervene, It is clearly evident that stake is making a fool of me. They first lied about the refund. Literally lied about it for 3 weeks by giving fake RRN, this shows how trustworthy they are. Now they are just repeating the same process of checking with the payment provider again and again.
Please intervene and ask them to send me my money. I have already waited for a long time.

We have received a response from our Payment Provider confirming that this transaction was refunded on October 17th, with the RRN 100001208472. We kindly recommend reaching out to your bank to verify the status and location of these funds.

If you have already reached out to your bank and they are unable to locate this funds, please provide our payments team with their official response so we can escalate the matter further.

Dear Stake Casino,
Three simple question for you guys:
1. Are you guys aware that 2 different transactions cannot have same RRN.
2. If you guys have eyes you can clearly see in the payment screenshot and in my bank statement that 100001208472 is the RRN of my payment, The payment which i made to your merchant.
3. If 1 and 2 are true, then how is it possible that the refund you guys made have this RRN. 🤣

Ask Gamblers I request you to please ask stake for proof of payment which I can provide to bank and question them. A screenshot or any other proof. If they are unable to resolve my issue I shall file a police case against their merchant, I am a junior law enforcement officer. I will make sure your merchants have to suffer the maximum. Dont make a fool of me, give me my refund. I have already filed a complain in cyber crime for financial fraud and will do the same in court for fund recovery via superdari. So you can either give me my funds the easy way or I will make sure to report all your merchant to every authority possible.

If you have given me my funds WHY is it not showing in my bank statement. I have provided all the proof to show I have not recieved a refund but all you have to do is give fake RRN and say you have done the refund and voila. So funny. Give me proof of payment now, I have not recieved any refund.
