I deposited 30000 INR two times but both status show it as failed, neither I received back those 60000 INR back to my account nor in my stake wallet. I tried to contact support they always have same answer that only payment provider will refund they can’t do anything.

It is important to note, as mentioned by our Support team in your last interaction about these deposits, that due to connectivity issues with your bank, the callback response was delayed, causing the transactions to fail.

If your bank account was debited, an automatic refund should be issued within the next 7 banking days, excluding weekends, as per payment provider requirements.

Please note that the 7th banking day is the latest expected date for the refund. Therefore, we kindly reiterate that you should contact us on the 8th banking day if the refund has not been processed by then. As this period has not yet passed, we request your patience during this time.

7 days already passed, still didn’t received my money

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that we have reached out to your account's registered email address. We would like to reiterate our previous message and remind you that the refund processing time is seven business days. Both transactions were rejected on the 14th, so the eighth banking day will be on the 26th.

Additionally, we kindly requested that you contact our payment team on the eighth banking day if the refund has not been received by then. Please provide the following information to assist us in escalating the issue to our Processor Team:

Your Stake username
Stake transaction ID
A screenshot of the proof of payment with all transaction details, which you can find on your UPI app
An updated bank statement in PDF format (from the date of the charge up to the present)
Please ensure the PDF file is unlocked, as we cannot accept locked PDF files.

Hi askgamblers, my first deposit refund I just received for 30000 and I am assured second refund will be done asap, I want to withdraw my complaint, it was a banking error and it was out of hands from stake, please close this convo thanks to you and stake also
