Hello AskGamblers,

I made a payment of 8500 on 17th July 2024 through the UPI app, Money got debited from my account and the payment status went pending in the UPI app, I contacted my bank and UPI app they said that the money was transferred to the payment provider and that they are didn't forwarded it yet to it goes in pending status.

I contacted Stake team they told me to wait for 7 days and contact them on the 8th day today is the 8th day. I talked to them they said that mail on the given email ID mailed them but they are asking me to send them the screenshot of the payment in UPI app if the payment goes in pending status which was through request. It doesn't show in history now how can I send them a screenshot although I shared my bank statement for proof with them? In that, it is clearly written that money is transferred to that particular merchant account.

Now what should I do how can I get my refund? Please help me.

Thank you so much for resposnding, I am sending you the bank statement from charge up date to the present but please check it by today itself beacuse you check it tommorow or day after tommorow then you say your bank statment is not updated please check it by today itself.

i request you please refund my money as fast as possible as already 10 banking days are past.

As you can see they are not responding even I send bank statement with them yesterday and now they will again told me to send updated bank statement as they reply late but again I am adding my bank statement and i also contacted my bank they told me that contact to the receiver party only they can refund my money.

I want to know that how much time this process takes to proceed my refund, As already too much time passed so that's why I am asking you that how much more time will it takes.

My issue is not yet solved, please don't close this complain,i did'nt get my money back till now so please don't close it and dear stake casino why it is talking that much time, please try to solve it as fast as possible as you still not update about my complain and not refund my money back also.

Enough, Now this is going over my head, you guys are working on my issue from last 1 month, You guys giving me dates and don't looking into my matter, Is this how you guys work ? I don;t have money from last 1 month and i am begging in front of you stake and you guys are playing with me, Send me the amount in stake wallet now else refund it immidiatedly anyhow, You guys should atleast send me some money till the issue solved but you are doing nothing and which type of issue is it like why your team is talking too long solve the issue, I saw many issues got solved but you are refunding my real money.
