Hi,

I deposited Rs 1000 in the BC Game on 19 October, then again deposited Rs 1000 on 24 October, and after that again deposited Rs 150 on 16 November, which I have not received yet. On asking for help from the support, they are saying that it has been a month, our data has been deleted, and we cannot even refund your money. I have not received any support for a month, I mailed the support team of the BC Game, and mailed the legal team, but they are not giving any reply.

Hi,

Please provide the order number, bank statement from the date of transaction to today, and a video proof. Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected]. Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.

As mentioned in the last reply, please forward all the details (payment receipts) so we can follow up. Also, I see there is one old payment. unfortunately unable to help with that as, according to our terms and conditions, we are unable to help if the order is more than a month old because we use 3rd party service.

Sir, I had complained those days that your core team did not give me any solution to my order Id. What is my fault in this? This is your team's mistake. I deposited the money but I did not get it. I talked to the support on the same day and also talked to the VIP host, even after that I was not given a solution. This is your team's fault that my order was kept on hold for so many days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to complete the transaction after 30 days. The user can contest the funds with their bank and demand a reversal of the funds. Which were possible from our end; we have already helped with those. If this happens next time, please open the discord ticket directly at the earliest instead of other sources, and we will assist you asap.

Sir this is your mistake, I have talked to the bank, the bank is asking for a letter, it should be written in it that the person to whom I have given money has not received the money, I need the signature of the person who received the money and the account statement of the person who received the money.

I generated tickets for the game at the same time. And your team has banned me on discord and telegram because I posted about your support, last time also I did not get 7 thousand, so I posted everywhere on discord and telegram, that's why I am banned.
BC game has not given my deposited money 5 times, you people are doing this to me for the 6th time.

I had also complained about this to Valkyrie but no one helped me. When I complained about this in the telegram group, they banned me saying that you are scamming me. They banned me in discord as well.

This time I want my money. I had complained about this the same day. Your team did not work on my complaint. This is your team.

As mentioned in the last message, unfortunately, we are unable to do this from our end as we use a third-party service, and as mentioned in our payment terms, we have a timer of 30 days. User can request the bank to make the refund we have no way to do it from our end.
