Hello,

I have deposited an amount of 25000 INR through UPI transaction on feb 1,2025 at 00:08:00

Although the payment was successful deposit was delayed and i was asked to wait and they have filed multiple tickets and came up as failed and provided the information that merchant has not received it and i have checked with my bank to report it as fraud payment so they gave me temporary credit and investigated. And. Informed me that amount was successfully credited above mentioned merchant UPI id they removed the temporary credit after investigation

3 days back the team asked me to send video statement prood , bank statement and payment voucher and i have sent every detail they asked for, still the amount is not added and i have been asked to keep on waiting, as a customer when you pay the amount and need to wait this much time is disappointing and veey frustrating that to understanding that there is nothing in my hand even after everything i did was right.

Hello ,

This was not reopened at all, i would like to provide all the documents if needed here on the same.p­lat­for­m...still the bc game india casino says that merchant did.not received the payment.


I have sent payment screen.shot bank statement UTR number which shows payment was succesful.upon checking if merchant still says they didnt received it what does it mean.my bank people also confirms payment was succesful


These people are doing this to multiple customers and looting money from them please do whatever you can, i can provide any document needed for the prooof.


Note: i didnt get any communication from them to resolve this issue only when i reach out they ask for proof once i submit they will simply say merchant didnt received it

Hi,

Please provide the order number, bank statement from the date of transaction to today, and a video proof. Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected]. Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.

Issue is not resolved till, i have sent the documents to team.but no.response from.the.they still.saying merchant still not received but where i sent all.documents which shows merchant received it

Hello Bc game and Askgamblers Team,


I have send the video to bc game email address given above with video proof and bank statement and payment slip and order id details.


Iam waiting for an update its almost been a month from the day that i sent the amount to bc game


Hope it gets resolved even though i dont have hope on bc game

Hello team,


I have checked with my bank as well raised a dispute with them when the bc game casino mentioned that their merchant did not received it, my bank raised an investigation , they gave me a temporary credit and after the investigation they removed the temporary credit and confirmed bc game casino merchant succesfully received it


All this will show up in my bank statement
