Mr Green Facebook App

Mr Green have launched a brand new smartphone app in the United Kingdom which allows its players to log into their casino accounts, into real-money mode via their Facebook accounts. Mr Green has commented that the new Facebook app should merely be viewed as a 'test launch' however the CEO Mikael Pawlo believes that Mr Green is a handful of firms who are currently offering real-money casino play on Facebook and this 'represents a seal of quality'.

Real-Money gambling on Facebook hasn't quite hit the market big yet but a lot of online gambling companies to turn this form of Social Media to advertise their casinos including current bonuses and promotions. Mr Green is currently running Facebook tournaments and competition which is soon becoming very popular with many casinos.

Jersey-based consultants ThinkGaming have released a new report which showed social media site like Facebook and Twitter are now the "number one digital marketing channel" thanks to the "ability to specifically target highly relevant individuals". Improved measurement techniques have allowed companies to "demonstrate that their investment is providing a real return'.

Even though some casinos are moving with technology and social media, there are plenty of online casinos that are still very reluctant to make this elaborate move. ThinkGaming's marketing director Phil Shaw commented that companies are still "reluctant to embrace this shift". He also commented "a lack of understanding" of social networking's potential means too many companies continue to rely on "traditional channels of TV, Google adverts and Affiliate Marketing".

We wish Mr Green the best of luck with their new Facebook App.
