Another month is behind us and what a month it has been! Lots of news from the industry, a couple of AskGamblers milestones and an overview of our progress in resolving complaints submitted by our dear members. So, let us not waste any more of your precious time, here's our November highlights.

In November, we were proud to pass an important milestone: 10,000 followers on Instagram! If it weren't for you, our beloved players, none of it would have happened, which is why it was only natural to reward 10 of you with our exclusive AG Coins! Major Black Friday Promotion

As November drew to a close, we were excited to create and launch an exclusive Black Friday and Cyber Weekend Bash promo! A Must-Read Interview and Loads of Industry News

We had a chance to do an exclusive interview with Pierre Lindh, Co-Founder and Managing Director of iGaming Next who shared his personal insight into this year’s iGaming NEXT: Adventure of Change conference.

This was a big month for responsible gaming, too: the UK's Gambling Commission came out with its first-ever National Strategic Assessment, shedding light on the risks of gambling and laying out ideas on how to address them. Also, the issue of safer gambling was tackled by another two major events. South East European Gaming Business Forum and the annual Safer Gambling Week were both held last month. If you haven’t already, it’s now time to catch up.

Finally, the most diligent service suppliers in the industry received well-deserved recognition. Naturally, we covered the event by revealing the winners of the 2020 EGR Operator Virtual Awards.

AGCCS Revealed Some Serious Figures

Our complaints service wasted no time in November, so it’s only fair to give you the results of their monthly efforts.

Current AGCCS user tally stood at 754, while the number of received complaints hit 910, affecting 313 casinos. Out of 910 submitted complaints, 199 were processed and 111 resolved. The total amount recovered thanks to their hard work reached $294,528!

They were left with 62 pending complaints and 26 unresolved.
