Another New Jersey online casino is set to launch soon. It has been announced recently that the New Jersey online gambling market may soon be launching a brand new additional operator to the industry. This has been judged by a publication of a "coming soon" website for land casino Resorts Atlantic City.
When a casino operation is getting nearer its launch phase they generally gather lots of emails from specific interested parties which is a known tactic, and this is exactly what this site has been doing.
It is said that Pokerstars have been talking to one interested company which is Resorts Atlantic City as the company seeks a land casino that is a suitable partner to open the door for it to enter into the lucrative New Jersey market. However, this is of course still subject to the licensing approval of the New Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement, who are currently still holding an application.
Both NYX Gaming Group Ltd and Sportech PLC, who are online gaming providers, have only recently ventured into a joint partnership which is titled SNG Interactive with the objective (again subject to licensing approval) of being able to launch another online casino operation with Resorts in New Jersey.
This later caused much speculation that Pokerstars, who are actually now under a brand new ownership 'The Amaya Group', may in fact be angling to become the online poker arm of the SNG-Resorts Initiative. This once again is only subject to licensing approval from the DGE. There have been reported discussions with The Amaya Group regarding this.
The Bailey family are the owners of Resorts Atlantic City, which in 2012 turned over operational control of the land casino to Mohegan Gaming Advisors who operate casinos in several northeastern US states.
