Criteria to Win
In order to select a winner in each category the judges will be making decisions based on 4 criteria. The individuals chosen need to excel in all of them in order to win, or at least be better than their competitors.
Nominees need to understand the theory of their area of expertise, they need to understand the so-called big picture, and how their role adds value to it. Additionally, they should be able to give examples of improvements in their area of expertise that they initiated, and last, but not the least, have a general interest and up-to-date knowledge of the industry and its hot-topics.
We will be keeping fingers crossed for all the nominees as they must have surely deserved it one way or another, but we still cannot wait for September to actually see who will be the winners in each of the categories.
