Sky Bet, one of the most well-known gaming companies in the UK, have entered into an agreement with Playtech to provide games for their players. This deal marks one of the biggest updates the Sky Bet network has seen this year as players now have access to more slots and games than ever, including several Marvel Slots and a whole new range of live table games.
The new Sky Casino
Players at Sky Vegas will find that all of the new Playtech games are available in a new section of the website called Sky Casino. This area of the site features several well-known slots including Marvel Avengers, Gladiator, Halloween Fortune, and Iron Man 2. Players can also try their luck in the brand new live table games area, featuring high-quality games of Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, and Live Baccarat with interactive chat features and professional gaming standards.
Players at Sky Casino can also choose how and where they want to play. An instant-play client is available for practically all modern web browsers, including smartphones and tablets.
Few changes to existing games
Sky Bet have made sure that this new addition did not negatively affect their already large selection of games. The entire Sky Vegas virtual games section has remained completely unchanged. Players will still find all of their favourites from platforms like IGT, NetEnt, and WMS in the Sky Vegas link on the Sky Bet website. The only difference is that live games are now available only through the Playtech-powered Sky Casino site.
High praise from both companies
Sky Bet and Playtech are both excited to be finally working together and are enthusiastic about what this new deal will bring for their companies. Conor Grant, the Director of Products at Sky Bet, told the press, “We are delighted to launch Sky Casino where our customers will enjoy a classic casino experience with more personalised promotions and rewards. Partnering with Playtech and utilising their industry leading casino platform allows us to create another exciting chapter in the development of Sky Betting and Gaming.”
Shay Segev, the COO of Playtech, is also optimistic about how this agreement will pan out. “We have built a strong relationship with Sky over a number of years and are thrilled to be able to further consolidate our service provision to one of the industry’s most exciting operators. We look forward to working with Sky Bet to explore additional business opportunities in the near future.”
