SkillOnNet, a major software provider for many online casinos around the world, have announced that they are entering the mobile market. Casinos powered by SkillOnNet will begin integrating the platform’s mobile product this week, allowing players at SkillOnNet casinos to enjoy their favourite games on smartphones or tablets.
A new era for SkillOnNet
SkillOnNet’s management feel that their entry into the mobile sector will provide their brand with stronger visibility in the increasingly competitive online gambling market. As they roll out the new platform, the company’s goal is to integrate their games into an interface that is fully compatible with all devices and optimized for mobile play.
Andy Andrew, spokesperson for SkillOnNet, told the press, “We've always been one of the first movers in the mobile space and are therefore delighted to bring our already hugely popular casino brands to players using smartphones and tablets.” He adds, “Consumers want to play their favourite games where they want and when they want. Mobile compatibility will be essential going forward and we aim to be in the vanguard of this push.”
SkillOnNet also believe that mobile gaming is an essential selling point to emerging online casinos who need well-rounded games to satisfy their players. Andy Andrew remarks, “On the B2B side, we are delighted to be able to include mobile in our offer to future white label customers and licensees of our games.”
Timing is the key
It’s no coincidence that SkillOnNet have made this announcement just days before the ICE Totally Gaming 2015 conference, one of the largest i-gaming industry events held from 3rd – 5th February in London. SkillOnNet hope to be able to use their introduction into the mobile market to broaden the visibility of leading brands like EUcasino and Slots Magic, as well as inspire representatives from new and existing casinos who attend the event to consider adding SkillOnNet to their repertoire.
Mobile games to be launched very soon
SkillOnNet have confirmed that their upcoming mobile product has already passed the beta testing phase. Mobile integration is already underway at all SkillOnNet casinos. The company projects that all casinos will have the new mobile-optimized games by the end of the first week of February.
