A unique regional meeting of gaming professionals, SEE Gaming Business Forum, is all set for tomorrow, 15 October, at the Mona Plaza Hotel in Belgrade, with registrations still open for all interested parties.
The conference will provide an in-depth insight into various aspects of iGaming, with a special focus on the budding South-East European market.
From Legislation to Technology
Via four panel discussions, participants are set to discuss various iGaming-related topics, from industry requirements to regulation barriers, corporate social responsibility, and the role of technology in iGaming.
The first panel will take stock of the strategic aspects of gaming, including the pace at which the market develops, the attractiveness of the SEE market, and the precedence between land-based and online verticals.
The second panel will be dedicated to regulatory aspects, such as regulatory hurdles and the readiness of the regional market for the expansion of online gambling.
The third discussion will explore the role of technology in gaming, analysing avenues to increase user experience and safety.
Finally, the fourth panel will be dedicated to responsible gaming, focusing on the relationship between compliance and market positioning.
Additionally, the event will include a casual discussion with HR representatives who will try to answer how the industry copes with finding a qualified workforce.
The broad set of topics will be covered by various professionals, including C-level executives from software providers and suppliers (ORYX, NSoft, Merkur Gaming, Elbet, JAKTA), and casino and sportsbook operators (BalkanBet, Betsson, Greatodds), as well as companies offering payment solutions (Trustly), in addition to legal experts with hands-on experience in iGaming.
